Ashe HealthNet
HealthNet is a collaborative care network for the uninsured that includes primary care services, medication assistance, case management and patient navigation. In Ashe County, we have been working to reduce inappropriate Emergency Department usage by providing more comprehensive services for the uninsured. Currently we have 278 uninsured patients who have access to better services with smaller co-pays for primary care visits.
